Student Care Services
Student Care Services provides support for students navigating personal, emotional, or financial challenges. Care coordinators help students connect with resources and build self-advocacy skills.
Common concerns include:
- Mental health challenges
- Medical or physical health issues
- Grief or loss of a loved one
- Relationship or family conflict
- Food, housing, or financial insecurity
- Safety concerns or interpersonal violence
Academic Misconduct
Faculty, staff, or students should use the Alleged Academic Misconduct Report (AAMR) form to document issues such as plagiarism, cheating, or unauthorized collaboration.
Academic Advocacy
If you know a student who needs academic assistance, complete the Student of Concern form and selected “Academic Concern/Barrier” from the behaviors list.
Academic Advocates work proactively with undergraduate students to remove barriers adversely affecting their persistence (the ability to continue their studies without interruption), and timely degree completion (the ability to graduate on time).
Undergraduate students may receive direct outreach from an Academic Advocate due to active monitoring of student academic behavior information or referrals by Faculty, Staff, or other members of the UCF community.
Hazing
Don’t be a bystander when it comes to hazing!
