What are the questions that ask about past misconduct at and educational institution and violations of the law:

  1. “Are you currently or have you ever been subject to disciplinary action for misconduct at any educational institution?”
  2. This relates to Misdemeanors: “In the past ten years and including pending charges, have you been the subject of any criminal proceedings other than a minor traffic violation?” (DUI, Reckless Driving Alcohol Related and Knowingly Driving While license suspended are NOT minor traffic violations).
  3. “Have you ever been charged with or convicted of a felony?”
